With our experienced team and our shareholders we offer you, amongst others, education and advanced training courses.
The leadership course “LogLead” gives prospective managers an ideal preparation for their upcoming tasks and doesn’t only convey knowledge to the prospective managers but particularly conveys benefit for your company and employees. We have developed an innovation with “LogLead” in the field of education as it is unique on the market.
Individual management coaching as well as trainings especially fitted to your company requirements for employees and management is also a part of the port-folio of the Institute for Post-Fossil Logistics. Additionally subject-specific development programs for warehouse, technical and production employees are possible.
Beyond that Alexander Zarle, Karl-Georg Steffens and Günter Truszkiewitz have teaching assignments at prestigious colleges. This focus on education for young academics allows us to have a constant overview of current conditions and requirements for future managers. This awareness of the generation Y is integrated in our college courses, education and advanced training courses as well as in our development program for prospective managers.
The institute of post-fossil logistics, operating since 2012, surveys the sector of sustainable and resource-efficient logistics and carries out projects in this sector. The focus is set on the development of new and environmentally friendly technologies.
Alexander Zarle and Karl-Georg Steffens already lead the research project “compact cross docking” together at the SRH Hochschule für Logistik und Wirtschaft in Hamm, Germany. Within this project the organization of material-flows was optimized.
Currently the institute for post-fossil logistics carries out the project “zemisec”. “zemisec” explores the configuration of transport logistics exclusively using electrical powered vehicles. This is a sustainable approach to reduce increasing traffic volume by resource-efficient organization.
The website of the institute for post-fossil logistics is under construction. A broad explanation of the current research projects and completed projects can be found there shortly. You will be informed here when the construction works are completed.
